Privacy Policy

This policy describes what Ratilio does with information today. It's written to match how the site currently works.
Images you check
When you choose, drop or paste an image into a Ratilio image checker, the file is processed locally in your browser. Ratilio does not upload those image files to its server during these checks, and doesn't store them. When you reset the checker, choose another image or leave the page, the image is released from the page.
Information read from your image
To give you a result, your browser reads technical details from the file on your device, such as:
- pixel width and height, aspect ratio and orientation
- file format, file size and file name
- megapixels, and whether the image has transparency or animation where this can be detected
These details are shown on screen and copied only if you use a copy button. They aren't sent to Ratilio.
Numbers you type into calculators
Calculators run in your browser. Some tools put values like width and height in the page address so one tool can pass them to another. Those values are part of the address, like any web link.
Accounts, analytics and cookies
Ratilio has no accounts or sign-in. It doesn't currently use analytics services, advertising or tracking cookies, and doesn't set cookies of its own.
Google Fonts
Ratilio's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser fetches them, it sends a normal web request to Google that includes technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google's handling of that information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Hosting and server logs
Like any website, Ratilio is served by hosting infrastructure that processes the technical information needed to deliver pages, such as IP address, requested page, browser type and time of request. This may be kept in standard server or security logs by the hosting provider. It doesn't include images you check in the tools.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to official platform help pages and other external sites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave Ratilio.
Changes to this policy
If Ratilio adds analytics, advertising or other services in the future, this policy will be updated before they're introduced to describe what they collect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
