Terms of Use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
By using Ratilio you agree to these terms. They're written to be short and readable.
What Ratilio is for
Ratilio provides free calculators and image checkers for general information and convenience. Results are guidance to help you prepare images. They aren't professional, legal or technical advice.
Accuracy and changing requirements
We work to keep calculations correct and platform requirements up to date, and each checker shows when its requirements were last checked. But platforms, printers and publishers change their specifications, sometimes without notice, and we can't guarantee every result will always be correct or complete.
For anything important, such as a print order, a paid campaign or a publishing deadline, confirm the requirements directly with the platform, printer or publisher before relying on a result.
Availability
Ratilio is provided as it is and as available. Tools may change, be paused or be removed at any time, and the site may sometimes be unavailable.
Acceptable use
- Use the site lawfully and only check images you have the right to use.
- Don't try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Don't use automated tools to scrape or copy the site in bulk.
Your images
Images you check are processed in your browser and remain yours. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Site content
The Ratilio name, design, text and tools belong to Ratilio. You're welcome to link to any page and to share results you generate. Please don't republish substantial parts of the site as your own.
Third-party links
Pages link to official platform documentation and other external sites for reference. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or availability.
Limitation of responsibility
Ratilio is a free tool, and you use it at your own discretion. To the extent the law allows, Ratilio isn't responsible for losses that result from relying on its results, such as reprint costs, rejected uploads or missed deadlines. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
